Lidia was deeply angry and upset that her father had been killed and that it hadn’t been an accident. It was reported that the crash was not just an accident, but a terrorist act aimed at assassinating the prime minister using explosives. A few days later Lidia finally regained consciousness, and, although her grandfather miraculously survived, her father died. At that time, the scattered debris injured Lidia’s face and she fainted. Intending to welcome her grandfather and father home from a trip abroad, Lidia was waiting for the designated helicopter when, in front of her eyes, the government helicopter carrying her grandfather and father suddenly exploded and crashed. Her alternate costume consists of her wearing a black jacket with a brown leather trim, reminiscent of the ones that the Polish highlanders wear, that also has a decorational pin with a feather motif. Her 2P color makes the red parts in her costume appear in a darker shade of purple while her gi becomes black. Alongside this, she wear a pair of leather sandals with red accents and a white-red headband tied around her head. On her gi pants there is a badge, possibly of her Karate school, which has a glossy silver motif of wings. She has a white gi, the top of which hangs around her waist. She wears leather sparring gloves which have a symbol of an eagle on a shield, as well as red sports tape and a protective elbow pad on her left arm.
Her main costume consists of a patterned black and red sports top with an imprint of an eagle and text which says "Polska". She also wears a brown knee-length pencil skirt with black trim, pantyhose as well as black pumps with white accents.
Lidia is a politician and therefore dresses formally, donning a white dress shirt underneath a black vest and blazer whilst a light gray coat, which contains a pin featuring the Polish white eagle, is worn on top of them. She wears winged eye make up and glossy red lipstick. She has blue eyes, with a scar through her left eye. Lidia has platinum blonde hair which she ties into a high ponytail.

Another win animation shows her thanking her opponent for the match in a traditional karate bow, suggesting she has respect for her opponents and upholds a code of honor in her martial arts. One of her default win animations shows her offering a hand to her opponenant whilst saying "I went too far, an ambulance is on its way", suggesting a thoughtful and self-restrained side to her. She is a dedicated karateka, and, in her character reveal trailer, accidentally slips into speaking like she is in the dojo whilst on the phone with her aide, suggesting she is more comfortable in a martial arts setting than a political one. She is seemingly unphased by the threats that her aide warns her about, and unafraid to confront Heihachi Mishima when he refuses to withdraw Tekken Force from Poland. Lidia is very patriotic as she vows to win The 7th King of Iron Fist Tournament in the name of the people of her country.
